Upgrade Strength Class


Build climbing-specific strength through tailored weighted movements. Designed around kinetic chains of the body — more functional than isolating body parts.

Strength: PUSH

Create more tension and pressure against footholds, especially in overhanging

terrain.

Strength: PULL

Improve ability to pull close into the wall — both statically and dynamically.

Strength: CORE

Improve different bracing and dynamic elements of the core. Contributes largely

to connect upper & lower body tension to perform virtually all climbing movement

What to expect:

  • Structured Strength Training Routine:  with timed sets, complete with activation exercises to prepare for the movements
  • Climb Strength Focus: selected strength exercises that transfer to your climbing
  • Low Rep Volume, Heavy Weights: See your strength progress through the weights you use through weeks of our strength program
  • Fun and Motivating Atmosphere: Our experienced instructor will lead you through a challenging yet enjoyable class that keeps you engaged and motivated.

Meet Our Experienced Instructor

As a professional fitness instructor for 10 years, Jaysen fell absolutely head-over-heels for climbing. Through his journey in the sport, he noticed a lacking in having structured learning environments when it comes to climbing. Leaning on his experience as an athlete and fitness coach, his goal is to create structured sport-specific training for climbing. Ultimately, he wants to significantly contribute to the climbing scene — making Climbing S&C (strength & conditioning) available to the masses.

What to do on a 24-hour layover in Singapore? Climb!I enjoyed my climbing session at Project Send last Saturday. They have a variety of routes ranging from beginner to advanced. I especially love the wall where you can practice dynos! The gym has good amenities as well. The staff, especially Nani, was very accommodating and warm. Highly recommend visiting them when you’re in SG.

Came to Project Send yesterday to chill and charge my device in the late afternoon, really pleased with the friendly service, greeted with smiles and how they accommodated to my request. A chill, quietly beautiful place to be productive or relax. Iced Oat Matcha Latte is decent and to my liking. Thankful for the bliss and peace the space provided.

Went climbing here during our visit to SG. Loving the environment here, the routes are fun and challenging. Me and the kids had a great time climbing and hanging out here. They also have a cafe, the food was great  and loving the coffee. Deff will come back!

absolutely love the atmosphere here, natural lighting during the day and amazing city views😍 a cute cafe in the gym too that has strawberry matcha latte omggg and the routes are really cool compared to other gyms

Came during lunch time to use a 1 for 1 pass. Gym is clean and had a nice atmosphere. Not too crowded. Gym manager was very hospitable too.

Spacious with lots of interesting routes, great views too. Lots of cozy areas to sit and rest / have a drink before your climb.Manager was also super friendly and helpful, would definitely come back!
