UPGRADE Coordination Program

Perfect your movement and flow of the body off the wall using skills inspired from parkour and athletic agility drills, animal flow etc. Doing this regularly enhances the body’s ability to cope with multi-move sets required for coordi.

What to Expect:

In our UPGRADE coordi class, you'll experience a comprehensive workout that includes:

  • Focus on movement quality: Priority of the program is to improve your movement — not just lifting heavy
  • Learn a myriad of skills: program will include movement skills from multiple disciplines such as parkour, track agility drills and primal movement
  • Fun and motivating atmosphere: Our experienced instructor will lead you through a challenging yet enjoyable class that keeps you engaged and motivated.

Our class is open to participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, our instructor will provide options to tailor the workout to your specific needs and abilities.

As a professional fitness instructor for 10 years, Jaysen fell absolutely head-over-heels for climbing. Through his journey in the sport, he noticed a lacking in having structured learning environments when it comes to climbing. Leaning on his experience as an athlete and fitness coach, his goal is to create structured sport-specific training for climbing. Ultimately, he wants to significantly contribute to the climbing scene — making Climbing S&C (strength & conditioning) available to the masses.

What to do on a 24-hour layover in Singapore? Climb!I enjoyed my climbing session at Project Send last Saturday. They have a variety of routes ranging from beginner to advanced. I especially love the wall where you can practice dynos! The gym has good amenities as well. The staff, especially Nani, was very accommodating and warm. Highly recommend visiting them when you’re in SG.

Came to Project Send yesterday to chill and charge my device in the late afternoon, really pleased with the friendly service, greeted with smiles and how they accommodated to my request. A chill, quietly beautiful place to be productive or relax. Iced Oat Matcha Latte is decent and to my liking. Thankful for the bliss and peace the space provided.

Went climbing here during our visit to SG. Loving the environment here, the routes are fun and challenging. Me and the kids had a great time climbing and hanging out here. They also have a cafe, the food was great  and loving the coffee. Deff will come back!

Came during lunch time to use a 1 for 1 pass. Gym is clean and had a nice atmosphere. Not too crowded. Gym manager was very hospitable too.

Spacious with lots of interesting routes, great views too. Lots of cozy areas to sit and rest / have a drink before your climb.Manager was also super friendly and helpful, would definitely come back!
